My journey as a therapist began with a deep fascination for the human mind and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. Over the years, I have honed my skills, gaining experience in various therapeutic techniques and approaches to better serve my clients.


In our sessions, we will work together to explore the underlying factors that may be contributing to your current challenges. Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness practices, and more, we will uncover coping strategies and healthier ways of thinking to promote positive change in your life.

As a firm believer in ongoing professional development, I regularly engage in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of mental health. I served in the United States Air Force for 6 years. I graduated from Nova Southeastern University with my masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed by the state of Florida. I have my bachelors degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.


Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the world, and engaging in creative pursuits like painting and refurbishing old items into new pieces. These activities enrich my life and remind me of the importance of balance and self-care, concepts I will encourage you to embrace throughout our work together.
